BeyondHealth – Terms and Conditions

The BeyondHealth content service is provided subject to these terms and conditions which explain how you may access and use the service, and the Privacy Policy which explains how we process and use your personal information (together the “Agreement”).

IF YOU ARE UNDER 18, DO NOT CONSENT TO THIS AGREEMENT, OR ARE NOT WILLING TO BE BOUND BY IT, THEN DO NOT ACCESS THE SERVICE OR PROMPTLY CEASE USING THE SERVICE.


1. BeyondHealth Content and Pricing

BeyondHealth is a subscription-based digital content service which provides unlimited access to content while you remain subscribed (the “Service”).

Mobile Billing (via Network Operator)

  • Daily Plan: R7.00 per day
  • Weekly Plan: R39.99 per week

Charges will be billed directly through your network service provider, and you will in turn pay your service provider. You authorise us to recover subscription charges through your network operator, who you authorise to pay us. Standard network data charges may also apply.

Credit Card Billing (PC, Tablet, and Mobile Web Access)

  • Weekly Plan: R29 per week
  • Monthly Plan: R89 per month
  • Annual Plan: R45 per month (billed annually in advance at R540)

Charges will be billed directly to your chosen credit/debit card. By subscribing, you authorise us to debit your card on a recurring basis, according to the plan you selected, until you cancel your subscription.

Being a subscriber to BeyondHealth gives you access to a wide and regularly updated selection of digital content.


2. Marketing Communications

By entering into this Agreement, you consent to receive future marketing communications from us. You can opt out at any time by following the instructions in each message or by contacting us directly.


3. Cancellation

You are free to cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Credit Card Subscriptions: Log in to your account on the BeyondHealth website (https://beyond.imgai.link) and follow the cancellation instructions, or email [email protected].
  • Mobile Subscriptions:
    • MTN: Dial *155#
    • Vodacom: Dial 135997#

4. Introduction

The Service is operated by Yola Media (Pty) Ltd, a limited liability company registered in the Republic of South Africa under company number 2019/491585/07, trading here as BeyondHealth.


5. Effect of this Agreement

5.1 By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, as updated from time to time.

5.2 We may amend these terms at our discretion. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.


6. Your Representations

By registering or using the Service, you confirm that you:

  • are located in South Africa;
  • are aged 18 years or older;
  • are legally capable of entering into this Agreement;
  • are the authorised owner of the mobile device or payment card used to register;
  • understand that charges will apply and accept full responsibility for payment;
  • will not attempt to hack, interfere with, or misuse the Service.

7. Registration

7.1 Registration is required to access the Service.
7.2 Mobile subscribers authorise billing via their mobile number. Credit card subscribers authorise recurring charges against their payment card.
7.3 We may request identity or age verification at any time.
7.4 We may suspend or terminate your access if we suspect misuse or breach of these terms.


8. Compatibility

The Service is accessible via smartphones, tablets, and personal computers with a compatible web browser. Some content may not display correctly depending on device or software limitations. Data charges may apply.


9. Security

We will not sell your personal details to third parties. However, we may share them with relevant authorities if required by law or in connection with suspected illegal activity, fraud, or misuse of the Service.

For mobile billing, BeyondHealth is a member of WASPA and bound by the WASPA Code of Conduct. Complaints may also be lodged with WASPA at www.waspa.org.za.


11. Liability

Our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, nor for failures outside our control (e.g. network outages, third-party systems). Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.


12. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided through the Service are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. You may use them only for personal, non-commercial purposes.


13. Billing Errors

All billing errors will be investigated and resolved within 24 hours of notification. Please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.


14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
