At BeyondHealth we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your subscription. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a full, no-questions-asked refund within 30 days of your initial payment.
1. Eligibility
- Refunds are available for credit card subscriptions only.
- Requests must be made within 30 days of the original payment date.
- Only the initial subscription payment is eligible. Recurring subscription payments after the 30-day period are non-refundable (unless required by law).
2. How to Request a Refund

Please provide the following details to help us locate your subscription:
- Name used for the subscription
- Email address linked to your account
- Last four digits of the payment card used
- Date of payment
We aim to process refunds within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
3. Why Contact Us Directly?
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly for refunds rather than raising a dispute with your bank. This allows us to resolve your request faster and ensures your subscription is cancelled correctly, preventing further billing.
4. After the Refund
Once a refund has been processed:
- Your subscription will be cancelled, and you will lose access to BeyondHealth premium content.
- You may re-subscribe at any time in the future if you choose.
5. Exceptions
This refund policy applies in addition to, and does not affect, your legal rights under the Consumer Protection Act (South Africa) and applicable card scheme protections.
