Ingredients
  • 200 g 1 packet of tennis biscuits
  • 250 ml Vanilla ice cream
  • 125 ml Prepared vanilla custard
  • 5 g Ground cinnamon
Instructions

    Line a deep dish or tray with clingfilm and grease with nonstick spray.

    Arrange a single layer of tennis biscuits in the prepared dish and set aside.

    Put the ice cream in a large bowl and soften using a wooden spoon.

    Mix the custard and cinnamon into the ice cream and spoon the mixture on top of the biscuits. Make sure it spreads evenly.

    Arrange the rest of the biscuits in a single layer on top of the custard mixture. Freeze for 4 hours or overnight until solid.

    Carefully transfer the dessert onto a large wooden board and slice into portions. Freeze until ready to serve or enjoy immediately
